ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS ARE NOW CLOSED

Accommodation bookings for ISPNO 2026 are now closed.

ISPNO 2026 has secured a limited number of accommodation rooms at special discounted rates at selected hotels for conference delegates. All rates are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST. Accommodation can be booked during registration via the ISPNO 2026 registration portal. See list of hotel options below.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and allocations are filling fast. We strongly encourage delegates to book early to secure the best available conference rates. Once the reserved allocations are exhausted, bookings will need to be made directly with the hotel at the prevailing rate of the day, which may be higher than the ISPNO 2026 discounted rate.

Please note that discounted conference rates are dependent on full pre-payment no later than 35 days prior to the conference.

Discounted accommodation closes: Friday 22 May 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT, unless sold out earlier.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

  • Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by 22 May 2026. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authoristaion form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies), or EFT bank transfer by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact the Conference Organisers.

    Accommodation bookings that have not been pre-paid for by 11:59 PM, 22 May 2026 will be cancelled.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please get in touch with ASN Events for availability.

    Changes to your booking should always be made through the Conference Organisers, ASN Events, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival (after 22 May 2026).

    Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the Conference Organisers if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.

  • Please be vigilant regarding potentially fraudulent activity and suspicious email correspondence. All official communication from ASN Events will originate only from a @asnevents.net.au email address.

    Key Security Reminders:

    • We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.

    • All card payments must be made through our secure online payment gateways.

    If you receive any emails that appear suspicious or request payment, do not respond, click any links, or provide any information. Instead, contact us directly to verify the legitimacy of the communication.

  • Each hotel will charge a security deposit and withhold an amount at the hotel’s discretion on the guest’s credit card upon checking in to the hotel to cover any miscellaneous charges.
