Discounted Accommodation for ISPNO 2026 Opens Later This Month!

The Symposium has secured accommodation rooms at special discounted rates at the below hotels. All rates are listed in AUD and inclusive of any goods and service taxes.

Accommodation bookings can be made during registration via the same portal.

Accommodation options are limited, based on a first in basis. Once allocations are exhausted you can book directly with the hotel at their rate of the day.

Accommodation Terms & Conditions

    • Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by 22 May 2026. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authoristaion form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies), or EFT bank transfer by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact the Conference Organisers

      Accommodation bookings that have not been pre-paid for by 22 May 2026 will be cancelled.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact ASN Events for availability.

    Changes to your booking should always be done through the Conference Organisers, ASN Events, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival (after 22 May 2026).

    Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the Conference Organisers if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.

  • Please be vigilant regarding potentially fraudulent activity and suspicious email correspondence. All official communication from ASN Events will originate only from a @asnevents.net.au email address.

    Key Security Reminders:

    • We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.

    • All card payments must be made through our secure online payment gateways.

    If you receive any emails that appear suspicious or request payment, do not respond, click any links, or provide any information. Instead, contact us directly to verify the legitimacy of the communication.

  • Each hotel will general charge a security deposit and withhold an amount at the hotel’s discretion on the guest’s credit card upon checking in to the hotel to cover any miscellaneous charges.
