Collecting Your Name Badge

On arrival at the venue, you will be able to print your name badge at one of the self-print kiosks located in front of the Ground Floor Registration Desk of the ICC Sydney.

For security purposes, your lanyard and name tag must be worn at all times during the congress, including social events. 

Complimentary Wi-Fi

Connect to the ICC Sydney Guest network, select “Complimentary Wi-Fi” and follow the prompts.

Catering

All catering will be served in The Gallery, Level 2.

If you have not already done so, please advise the Conference Organisers of any dietary requirements or food allergies.

If you have requested a special diet, please make yourself known to the banqueting staff, who will be happy to assist you.

Wordly Live AI Translation

ISPNO 2026 is pleased to offer live AI translations for all plenary and concurrent sessions. This service will provide real-time transcriptions or audio translations into dozens of languages.

To access Wordly, please scan the Wordly QR code in each room you attend. No app download or additional information is required.

Please note that each room has a unique QR code, and you will need to scan into each room to access the translation per room.

The ISPNO 2026 Conference App is your go-to resource for all key information, including the program, social functions, speakers, and other event information.

Instructions will be sent in a separate email from hello@send.entegysuite.com which will have your temporary password and access links. You can download the app via this QR code.

Once you have downloaded the app, please tap the screen and enter the event code below to access the conference app.

Registration Desk

Please find ASN Staff onsite at the Ground Floor Registration Desk. The desk is open during the following hours:

  • Sunday 28 June: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm

  • Monday 29 June: 6:30 am – 6:00 pm

  • Tuesday 30 June: 6:30 am – 6:00 pm

  • Wednesday 1 July: 6:30 am – 4:30 pm

PRESENTERS

Poster Presentations

If you are a poster presenter and have received your poster number, you can display your poster in The Gallery (Level 2) during your poster session.

During your poster session, it is expected that you stand with your poster to answer questions and engage with delegates.

For Posters #100 to #386 (Poster Session 1)

  • You can put your poster up from Sunday, 28 June, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or on Monday, 29 June, before 10:00 AM.

  • Your poster must then be removed at the end of the session on Monday, 29 June.

For Posters #387 to #674 (Poster Session 2)

  • You can put your poster up from Tuesday, 30 June, from 9:50 AM.

  • Your poster must then be removed by 10:15 AM on Wednesday, 1 July.

Please note the following specifications:

  • Size: A0 Portrait — maximum 1 metre wide x 1.2 metres high

  • Orientation: Portrait only — landscape posters cannot be accommodated

  • Fixing materials: Velcro will be provided on-site on the poster boards

If you requested the conference to print your poster, please visit the Registration Desk (Ground Floor) to collect your poster.

Speaker Information

Presentations must be presented to the Speaker Preparation Centre at least two hours before the session you are presenting in. Rapid-fire presentations are recommended to have a maximum of two slides, excluding the disclosure slide and title slide.

Location: Speaker Preparation is located on the ground floor of the Convention Centre, behind the Customer Service Desk at the ICC Sydney.

Opening Hours:

  • Sunday 28 June, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Monday 29 June, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday 30 June, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Wednesday 1 July, 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Please make yourself familiar with:

  • The room in which you are presenting.

  • The session chair for your session (this will be available in the online program and app).

Rooms are equipped with: digital lectern with microphone, laser pointer, roving Q&A mic and data projection & screen.

Please arrive at your session room at least 30 minutes before your presentation time.

If you require technical support, a technician will be available at the back of the room to assist.

TRAVELLERS

Parking at ICC Sydney

ICC Sydney offers Car Park 1 (P1) – located beneath the Exhibition Centre, with 620 spaces, including 8 accessible bays and 20 electric vehicle charging stations.

  • Dedicated bicycle and motorcycle parking. Height restriction is 2.2 m.

Car parks operate 24/7. Accessible parking is available; if full, please ask the parking staff for assistance.

Payment and Fees

ICC Sydney operates a cashless, ticketless parking system. You can pay by credit/debit card or mobile wallet—simply tap on entry and exit using the same payment method.

Standard rates:

  • Up to 1 hour: AU $18–$20

  • 1–2 hours: AU $30

  • 2–3 hours: AU $38–$40

  • 3–4 hours: AU $44–$45

  • 4+ hours (until reset at 4am): AU $49–$50

  • Night rate (entry after 5 PM, exit before 4 AM): ~AU $28–$30
    These reset at ~4 AM daily

Additional parking options

If ICC Sydney lots are full or you prefer alternatives, consider nearby First Parking (Darling Quarter), or Wilson Harbourside Car Park—all within walking distance of ICC Sydney.

First Parking offers competitive flat or evening rates and is a practical backup option.

Public Transport

ICC Sydney is easily accessible via public transport and located within Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct.

Light Rail

The nearest stop is Convention Light Rail Station, located directly outside ICC Sydney.

Train

Nearby train stations include:

  • Town Hall Station (approximately 10–15 minute walk)

  • Central Station (approximately 15 minute walk)

Bus

Multiple bus routes service the Darling Harbour and CBD precinct, with stops along George Street and Harris Street.

Ferry

Ferry services operate to Barangaroo Wharf, which is approximately a 15–20 minute walk along the waterfront to ICC Sydney.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • The conference venue, ICC Sydney can store luggage, coats, and bags at their Customer Service main desk next to the conference Registration Desk.

  • If you have booked accommodation with the conference, you will need to present yourself at the reception desk for the hotel booked and quote your name. Please be ready to present identification and a credit card as a bond.

  • Please visit the Speaker Preparation Centre upon arrival, as the onsite technicians can confirm if your presentation is uploaded and formatted correctly.

  • You will receive an attendance certificate and post-event survey at the end of the conference. We kindly ask for your feedback to ensure the conference continues to grow with its delegates and within the sector.

  • All conference registrations must be paid before accessing the conference venue. If you would like to purchase a Gala Dinner ticket onsite, the Registration Desk can assist with card payments only.
